This site is for general information about our neighborhood; our neighbors and things that are important to us as a community. Here you'll meet our Board of Directors, the folks who run our Committees, and all the people who make this a wonderful place to call home! If you want a cozy, quiet place to live, come and visit us - someone's always home.

Pioneer Trails was incorporated by the State of Florida in 1996. In 2004 the original Board of Director's transitioned the operations over to the residents. That was finalized in November, 2005. Out with the old; in with the new. Visit often to see what we're up to next.

This is a DEED RESTRICTED community & it is a MANDATORY requirement that all property owners belong to the P.O.A. For detailed information consult the menu on the right side of this page.
